Happy Belated B-Day to Kernelm! Hope much fun was had.
Hmmm, I thought tonight was the season finale to NCIS but it's not. There are two more eps left according to the ncisslash list. I'm still excited. This ep looks good and though I was kinda spoiled awhile back I stayed away from discussions about it on the list.
Umm people who plan where Serenity is going to be shown? Could you show the South some love? Nashville, TN. Thanx, A very loyal fan.
Oh god, never ever tell my bf any word relating to badfic that he has never heard.Ass-hymen. I mentioned that word to him last night and after he stopped laughing he is now using it in sentences. The horror, oh god the horror. He threatened to write it in soap on the bathroom mirror. Somebody just shoot me, or him.
Saw George Eads yesterday on 'Regis and Kelly.' Much speculation is being made as to why they had to introduce his girlfriend more than once and how he couldn't remember their first date. Also his shirt? Had big huge flowers on it. And he mentioned something about cutting the sleeves off though it was still a short sleeved t-shirt. Nathan Fillionwould have loved this shirt. I missed the part where Regis said something to him about being 'just like tom cruise' when George says he and his gf met through a blind date. Who set it up? Beards R Us? There has been much speculation about him and Eric. Mmm George and Eric. Go here and look at the comments and pictures and analyzation of George's entire interview on 'Regis and Kelly.'
Then me and the bf had a discussion about the fact that if GE is gay why is he or his PR machine trying to cover it up and I said something about if he wants a bigger career then he won't get it, if he comes out to the mainstream public. I and a lot of people don't care if he and Eric move in or make a big announcement but I think other people would have a fucking fit if he did come out and then other people like politicians would step in and try and make an example out of him for their own ends.
I feel sad for him that he can't be with Eric more openly. There are many accounts out there of George not walking a straight line but gay or straight it seems like the whole 'gf' thing was very strange. I could go on and on but I won't.

Date: 2005-05-11 04:28 pm (UTC)The beard, er girlfriend thing came up after a) GE "overslept" and then had to grovel to get his job back; and b) after a not so blind item pretty much outed GS and ES as making out publicly at some party after the Golden Globes in Feb (end of Jan?). Of course, such items are not necessarily truthful - just obvious, and likely to cause panic in the PR office no matter whether GE is gay or not.
And that's my turn at the table for rumor-mongering. ;)
