There's a new series coming on Spike TV. Blade The series. I must watch and if it doesn't totally suck I will pimp it. Come on, it's vampires and a hot guy with muscles killing them. It's gotta be halfway decent. Hopefully.
Haven't watched The Unit's last two eps because my VCR and our newly updated Comcast cable box got confused and didn't record all of it. I d/l'd the first hour so that's on my list to watch.
Forgot to set VCR to record the Will and Grace finale or CSI. Was very rushed yesterday since we had to go see my niece graduate. That was great. She's 18 and she graduated with honors and has been accepted to Vanderbilt University. She looked really great and my brother was very happy.
Since I have so much to watch I'll babble about what I have seen.
Sigh. This show is like the mob. I try and get out and pulls me right back in. I don't really care for Meredith or Derek. Derek's an ass and his cuteness doesn't make up for it. Alex is hot but he's into brutal honesty though I did like him in the scene with Izzy. Izzy totally flipped her wig with the cutting of the Lvad line. I felt sorry for her and at times happy for her. I thought they'd let Denny stick around for next season but I guess not.
Addison I liked. She needs to go find the plastic surgeon guy and hook up with him. Yum.
Burke! Omg, Burke. I felt so bad for him and his hand. Poor man. Christina got on my nerves though I know different people react to stress and trauma in different ways. I like my tv people to be heroic and non conflicted(that way i can turn the channel and not go looking for fic)
Yes I will be tuning in for next season. Anyone know what scene they cut out that they showed the next day on Good Morning America?
Being away from this for a few days and having had time to think about it, last year's ending eppy was better. Better written. This one was sloppy. I didn't like the end with Gibbs leaving though I really really really don't think it's in any way permanent. It seemed out of character. I think he's still sick and fed up because his nearest memory is his wife and child dying. Then his former boss tells him about 9/11. The stupidity of his higher ups just made Gibbs need a break. Loved the scene between him and Tony near the end. Also I liked him shaving his hair for some reason. I missed the 'making love' comment Madame Director said though I found all the Twop comments hysterical. Ewww. The woman has no tact.
Gibbs' boss was okay. Hey, slap on the head. Hee. Hard to imagine Gibbs as a Probie.
So i'm hoping for lots of 'Tony goes down to Mexico to convince Gibbs with Tequila and sex' stories. Or 'Tony visits Gibbs for hot sex and beer. I'll even take drunken fumbling where afterwards Tony goes back to the states and Gibbs follows him.
He's up to 5 pounds 11 ounces! So fat looking compared to how he was looking. He's got a double chin and a little belly. I've gotten to bottle feed him and he loves his food. He also loves blocking the way so the bottle can't get in with his tongue. He's funny. The hubby says his eyes are a blue gray. I say brown. The hubby says I'm in denial. All I can think of is 'Omg, I'm going to raise the next Gary Dourdan.'
There has been talk by the doctors and nurses of him going home soon. Probably on his oxygen. They were trying to wean him off of it and they had to go back up to earlier percentages because he didn't like being weaned. He's on the lowest setting but still needs it. We have to do a 'rooming in' thing where we're responsible for his care for the entire night at the hospital. That might be next week. I hope it is, and hopefully the hubby's sister and her friend can come and watch K and Z. I want him to come home but I'm very nervous about it too. I will be taking notes when we talk to the doctor. This is so different than my other two kiddies. I figure I'll calm down and not be so worried ummm...I'll get back to you all on that.
The 4400! In June! Shawn/Jordan. Older man/younger man. They have powers. I cannot wait.
