Finished the first season of Teen Wolf

Scott- Main character, kinda dumb. Okay, take out the 'kinda.'

Allison- Scott loves her a lot. Showed up right after Scott got bitten. Scott is obsessed with her and I wonder if that's partly his wolf.

Stiles-Is awesome. If Willow and Xander had kids, it'd be Stiles.

Derek- Has somehow taken lessons from both Angel and Edward Cullen. Has a PHD in lurking, glaring and making people pee themselves. Also looks really really good shirtless while doing his excercise in his family's burnt out mansion that's way out in the woods. Creepy and he knows it.

Lydia- Smart, doesn't like to show it. Queen bee in the high school hiearchy.

Jackson- Major asshole with depth. Determined to find out Scott's secret. This causes many run ins with Derek. Said run ins are hot.

Daddy Argent- Once played awesome alien Tokra on Stargate. Is now playing Allison's dad and resident Werewolf hunter. Wants to stick to the code the hunters have(we hunt those who hunt us). I predict this code will get thrown out in Season 2.

Teen boy in woods, teen boy gets bitten, teen boy and bff try and figure out what's going on. Slightly older creepy guy (through smokin hot) shows up like Angel to 'explain.' And lurk. Derek is hot with the whole stubble and dressing in black thing but then he hilariously shows up everywhere to lurk for a minute or two before disappearing.

Their high school *coughs*Sunnydale HS* has zero security because Derek shows up everywhere. In the halls, the parking lot, the locker room where teen boys are half naked and wet. I mean...wow. Also Derek loves to glare at people and slam them into walls or lockers. Sometimes he mocks them too after sinking his claws into their flesh (yes, really).

*Husband comes in while watching ep where Argent(werewolf hunter) has done something to one of the teens cars and is trying to subtly interrogate said teen in this out of the way place. There is touching and personal space issues.

Husband: "Is this gay porn?"
Me: "No, it's Teen Wolf!"
Husband: "Where are the teens? All these people look grown."

*Scene happens where Scott and Stiles show up to 'rescue' Jackson from werewolf hunter dude and Sitles says to Jackson, "You're way too pretty to be out here by yourself."*

Me: Mouth drops open
Husband:"I...just don't even want to know."

I tried to keep track of the shirtlessness that happens on this show then I realized I didn't have to. It happens all the time. At least once an episode if not more. Derek is shirtless a lot. And wow. His muscles have muscles.

There's a scene where he's hanging out in Stiles room(yeah don't ask why slightly older guy is hanging out in the sheriff's son's room while said sheriff is looking for Derek on accusations of murder) while Stiles and Danny are studying and Stiles graciously offers Derek a clean shirt. So Derek is all stripper lite in front of the two guys, then changes again once there is critique about the shirt he borrows. Later, Derek slams Stiles face into a steering wheel for objectifying him or something.

I'd read a few fics before watching the show and continued to read while watching the episodes. It did indeed get better once Aunt Kate showed up with her bag of crazy. Peter Hale was sort of awesome and I was on his side for like two minutes until we find out he killed his niece to become Alpha.

The Vet! What is up with him? He put the wolf ash down! Chairs shatter against him and he doesn't flinch! I want more of him.

All in all it's an okay show. Their town is totally Sunnydale 2.0 because a whole lot of weird shit is happeing and most of the grown ups seem unaware. All they need is a hellmouth.

Season two is on the third ep so I'll probably be caught up by tomorrow.

Fic wise I love to find out who's the LBD (little black dress) of fandom, who's the OTP, the OT3, the woobie, all that. So far Stiles seems to be the LBD, Stiles/Derek the OTP. I think Stiles is the woobie too.
