So leverage. I liked it. I like Tara's boots at the end. I like how she scammed them. Are they going to pay her? Do they still get paid? I liked the entire season though I felt something was missing. Maybe them having more 'family' time or I don't know.

Nate not drinking was great but I missed all the background times I could count when he picked up a cup or bottle. Eliot's hair was fantastic,all shiny and bouncy (these are important things!). I wonder what he uses in it? I now want fic where Parker and Hardison try and find out. I still hate the sped up fight scenes. They look really weird and threw me out of my viewing pleasure. If anyone knows of any fic with Eliot/Raquel(from the two live crew job) let me know.


Now on to Dark Blue. I wish more of you were watching this. I need more people to talk to about Dean and his issues and Carter and his hair. Also Carter and his possibly unnatural love for his shotgun. And does Dean having a shotgun too mean they're married?

I really tried to like Jaimie. I really did.

But she gets on my nerves so bad. She's wishy washy, cheats on her bf, accuses Carter and Dean of judging her and snaps and bites at them for about anything. Or whines about stuff. That's not character development, that's annoying.

I like Ty and his arms of hotness. I love that he's not ready for kids. He likes what he's doing and yes it's very dangerous but he wants to keep doing it for now.

I don't know why I think Dylan Mcdermott is so hot on this show when he was just ehhh on The Practice. I also laughed at his IMDB stuff about people getting him confused with Dermot Mulroney because yes! I have made that mistake. But Carter is very Rowr and on edge. I know the show has been compared to The Shield but I don't think it's a comparable show. Some of it maybe but Vic and Carter are two different people.

Also I want Carter's hair and John Sheppard's hair to have a walk off. Carter can also keep wearing those shirts that give us nice glimpses of his chest.

Dean is my baby! I love him and his moral ambiguity and his always having Carter's back and their silent eye communication otherwise sometimes know as 'eyefucking.' It's great and there needs to be more Dean, or more Carter and Dean doing things together. He seems to know Carter best out of all of them and man I cannot wait til the next week finale. I must check and see if the show has been renewed for a 2nd season.

And Jaimie, Ty? Do not take relationship advice/comments from Dean. The man has issues.

Glee was good last night and someone had a link to a Kurt,Puck story that I read because I want the bully and gay boy to fall for each other. Did Puck have a mohawk thing in the pilot?

The fall tv scedule is so bleh. One thing on Monday(Heroes why can't I quit you? Oh yeah, Milo Venti's chest and the possibility that Nathan isn't dead/to see Adrian Pasdar channel Jim Profit). And then Wednesday, Thursday about a million things to watch. I will be using Hulu a lot.

Tonight the boys are back. Oh Sam, Oh Dean.

I don't know why I think Dylan Mcdermott is so hot on this show when he was just ehhh on The Practice.

Because some men just get better with age? Not to mention that guns usually have a greater hotness factor than law books do. The fact that the silver coins/amulet seems to be Dylan's own (I saw him wearing the same one on Big Shots) earned him some extra points in my book.

I can't get myself to like Jaimie either and I really tried. I love me a good combo of hot guys + badass chick. But all that Jaimie managed to do so far is to prove that Carter is an idiot for hiring her and Dean is a better man then most give him credit for since he hasn't killed her yet (and I'm sure he knows some great places to hide a body).

I hope it gets renewed for a 2nd season (the Futon Critic has no news about it yet)... it's one of these shows perfect for fanfiction. Loose enough storyline, only hinted at character backgrounds and great chemistry between at leas two of the main characters.

One of the scenes that I remember is where Dean's staring at Carter dancing with Jaimie. Mostly because it's so multi-ship friendly--he could be staring at Carter, he could be staring at Jaimie, hell he *could* be thinking about a threesome.

And yes, Carter totally loves his shotgun. I'd like to see some fic where Dean and Carter bond over their mutual love of firearms, because everybody looks hotter with big guns in their hands. That would give an entirely new meaning to 'shotgun wedding'.

As proof of the 'big guns=hot' theory, Carter looked ridiculously hot shooting up that meth lab in O.I.S despite the fact that it was a pretty dumb thing to do given the explosion hazard. He also looked pretty good in that firefight in Venice Kings where him and Dean were fake-shooting at each other.

Dean is so emotionally damaged (and Carter should totally be taking care of him in canon, preferably in ways that they'd have to fade to black, because their emotional damage fits so nicely together).

I think Dean might have a point about the whole Scott/Jaimie thing, though.

I was happy to see the rating thing go up at the beginning with just a V because that meant I wasn't going to have to deal with more than subtext for Dean/Jaimie. I can deal with the subtext, I just hate canon going there *so hard*. It hurts my little slash-loving soul :).

I'm looking forward to getting more Carter backstory in the finale, and really hoping they renew DB for another season.

The more Leverage I see, the more I think Eliot/Parker/Hardison should really be canon. Because they certainly tend to act like it is. I like the way that Leverage canon can support the vast majority of ships, though.

I didn't particularly like Tara. I'm not the biggest Sophie fan in the world by a long shot, but I definitely don't want her replaced by Tara.

Oh yes, I need to watch some Carter shooting his gun again and again because that is hot.

I get the feeling Scott is not going to last long.

Jaimie strikes me as the type of person that is still finding herself which is fine, but right now she seems like she's trying to be this person that she's not and really, doesn't want to be.

Carter kissing Jaimie and having his hand on her waist and them then dancing. I have to admit I liked it because Dean was there watching. And yes I'd also like to think thinking threesome thoughts.

I like Sophie but am willing to give Tara a chance if she pops up next year. I need to see how she clicks with them as herself.

I now need an icon of Parker/Hardison/Eliot that says 'canon ot3' or something. I love them.

I'm actually writing a bit of Dean/Carter/Jaimie threesome porn that ate my brain. Somewhat AU, Dean and Carter have been Dean/Carter for almost a year, and they invite Jaimie in for a night while they're all getting drunk in the loft after a bad case. I doubt it's going to get to postable quality on LJ, but I might throw it up on ff.net if I get it more finished. Mostly because I like the line I came up with about Dean getting hot knowing he belongs to Carter and the one about he's Carter Shaw's down to the bone.

And Parker/Hardison/Eliot is totally OT3 ftw.

Sophie is my least favorite character on the show (the Nate/Sophie they're shoving down my throat doesn't help), but I did not like Tara at all.

I am so glad to hear you say this. I sometimes wonder if my dislike of certain female characters is to be blamed on the slash goggles, or if they are in fact writing a character I wouldn't like even without the slash goggles. I feel better knowing I'm not the only one.
