Quick observation about Fast and Furious

Fenix says "You looked under my hood!" like Dom looked in his pants.

I love the moment in the club where Brian, Campos, Dom are talking and Brian and Dom are trying to subtly blow each others cover. It's very cute and I love Dom's smile when Campos says Brian just got out of county(i need footage of this because unless Brian shanked a few people the first day I can never believe he survived in jail without being someone's special friend, and yes I know he didn't actually spend time in jail but what if he had!)and then Dom says if he gets caught he does 'real time' like Brian's paltry supposed time in County is dinky time for nerds.

I really need to talk/babble more about Brian and Dom's eternal love that shall not be named unless a lot of car euphemisms are used. Back to watching my new favorite movie.

ETA: Anyone else notice that when Paul Walker sits or even falls his leg spread open almost automatically? It's just...I mean it's right there! I'm not using zoom or anything but damn.

Exactly. And it's taking almost no effort on their parts. I'd love to see what they'd do if they were trying to show their unrequited love.

I also noticed how Brian always, ALWAYS watches Dom. It's like nobody else matters when Dom's in the room. Wow.

I watched the commentary, and they talked about the original re-introduction to Brian that had been planned (which I remember hearing about way back when), which was seeing Brain again for the first time in prison, shirtless (I'm not sure why he had to be shirtless, but I'm all for it *g*), but then it got to be 4 days before they started shooting, and it felt off, and he talked to some prison people about someone who looked like Paul Walker in prison, and they were like, yeah, he'd either have to become a skinhead, or he'd get raped every day, so Brian quickly became a Fed instead. *g*

Brian and Dom can't take their eyes off one another. Ever. Another one of my favorite scenes is when Brian hangs up on his boss when he sees the blood drops on the ground and realizes that Dom's been shot. It's all. About. Dom for Brian. I mean, do we even have to mention giving up his career a second time for Dom, and trumping letting Dom go with helping him escape after he's been convicted?!! *sigh*

And, haha! In the commentary he (Justin Lin) said that the female characters were the heart of the movies, Letty and Mia. I was like, whoa, have you SEEN this movie? Can you spell B-E-A-R-D? Because, dude!

Yes. Justin Lin said he asked some prison expert (I can't remember his actual words regarding who he spoke with), but I wrote down the bit about 'skinhead or raped every day', so I know that bit's exactly right.

Paul Walker really is too pretty; he wouldn't stand a chance in prison.

And now you made me crave a fic where Dom would find out that Brian actually did time and that's where he got the harder edge from, like the ruthless way in which he smacked around his fellow agent. Can you imagine Dom's reaction?
