Just Hulu'd the latest Dollhouse ep that I had to miss on Friday because I was busy freaking the frak out while watching BSG.
Man, Ballard running into Caroline. Freaking out about it and then his talk with the internet guy. And yeah I felt sorry about his wife but bullshit on him getting his rocks off with someone else because of it.
That's weird and creepy. I mean he calls Echo by his wife's name and I assume Echo was imprinted with his wife's personality. I did love her freak out about the possible porn business her husband was involved in. "Is he the porn man?"
The stuff with Sierra. Aww, I felt for her and Victor. I suspected her handler. He was stupid and I cheered when Echo's handler (Hi! Have you met me? I'm bad with names from one paragraph to the next) put him through that window.
Agent Helo and his neighbor. Omg, lady shut it and jump him! Stop talking about stuff that reveals your self esteem issues(save that for later in the relationship) and climb that man like a mountain. Which she did and I was happy for her then, OMG SHE PULLED A BOOMER! Totally went from helpless female to kick ass assassin. Sleeper agent has been activated, kill, sleeper agent, kill.
Agent Helo and Faith's fight. Very good and exciting and I made flaily hand flappy movements and tried not to wake the fam. Especially when he grabbed the knives and was throwing down. And when he took off his jacket. And earlier when he was naked and walking around all casual with neighbor sleeper agent.
Here's what I want to happen. Agent Helo and Echo's handler bond after Echo goes all Alpha like and escapes the Dollhouse. Echo and Neighbor Sleeper Agent bond and go on to kick major ass with the help of Sierra, Victor and Dr. Illyria.
Is it just me or does Echo seem to retaining things? Remembering them? And who's the inside person that somehow implanted something into the imprint? My money's on the Asian woman who hangs around creepy implant guy.
Oh and the guy that hangs around the Lilah wannabe that runs the LA Dollhouse is so in love with her. I wonder if she knows? And there are other dollhouses? I want to know who Alpha is darnit.
Anyone have a copy of 'All along the watchtower' I can d/l?

During the first couple of episodes too many people were dissing the show because of the whole 'they're basically slaves and prostitutes' thing, completely forgetting the fact that it's Joss we're talking about here. He wasn't exactly fronting the people who run the Dollhouse as heroes or a standard for employee/employer relations. I put my trust in Joss to not only entertain me but put some substance in it and my faith is proving to be not misplaced. I'm enjoying the show very much.
And yes, Echo is retaining things. We don't know how much, but it's definitely there.

Hmmmm. I need a kick-ass Echo icon! Or better yet, a kick-ass sleeperagent/neighborlady icon!
