Awesome things

Good thing: They are making an Anaconda 3! I love cheesy giant snake movies. I'm the type of person that would totally watch 'Snakes on a Plane' a few times.

Even better thing: David Hasselhoff is in Anaconda 3! Omg! *Shudders in glee* It's David 'don't hassel the hoff' in a giant killer snake movie! Is it still Christmas?

Oh man, I haven't wanted someone to get eaten by a giant anaconda since J-Lo was in the first Anaconda. (She survived much to my annoyance)

I saw part two, Anaconda: The search for the blood orchid a year ago or sometime like that and it was cheesy too. Imagine this one, Anaconda: Offspring. It's got the Hoff so it will have enough cheese in it to keep me in grilled cheese sandwiches for a year.

It's going to be on TV, on USA. Now I want crossovers like Anaconda: Shawn and Gus's wild Amazon adventure or Anaconda: Burn notice. *Cackles* Michael and Fiona and Sam blowing up snakes or outsmarting them. I would pay money for that.

*Eagerly awaits this movie in the hopes that the Hoff is eaten by a giant pissy snake. I.cannot.wait.

On a non-snake note, I have the links to the two stories that were written for me for Yuletide. I'm not going to do a big rec post but I want these to get some love. I got a 'Fast and Furious' story, Brian/Dom which I've read about six times. And I got a '4400 story!' Omg, it's Jordan centric and I love it so much.

So go read and leave comments and if you have time, check out the Psyche stories, the Profit one, and the Die Hard 4 slash. O_O Yes, you read that right. I didn't see it in the movie what with all the gunfights and explosions but hey, not to say some sort of attraction wasn't there.

There are some great stories in small fandoms so even if you think something wouldn't have a story, check the fandoms anyway.

To make this a truly awesome post, Adrian! Ooo, sudden thought. I want Adrian Pasdar to appear in a giant snake movie. He would defeat the snake out of pure awesomeness.

I can't decide if that's awesomely amazingly bad or flat out terrifying, this snake movie thing. Only you could make me think the first is possible.

Ha! It is awesomely amazingly bad. I bet there will be crazed dialogue and cheap special effects. I watched Lake Placid 2 which was pure cheese gold. Really, I'll pop popcorn and watch with glee when this comes on.

I love those Anaconda movies! Such mindless fun!

I do wish JLo hand been eaten though. Hoff will be awesome!

It doesn't take much to make me watch some cheesy sci-fi, especially giant mutated insects.

That spider movie with David Arquette? It was on the other night and I watched some of it. I've seen it before but there is nothhing like laughing as gigantic spiders pull people underground.

Anaconda would have won an Oscar if they'd killed off J-lo! ;)

OK, so in Blood Orchid, didn't you get incredibly slashy vibes between Bill (Johnny Messner's character) and his friend Tran? OK, maybe not vibes, per se, but here are these two guys who spend days alone on the river, they have beautiful women on board (even if the one bitch was incredibly annoying and I wanted her to be eaten so badly), but they're not really relating to them.

I have to admit, in my fantasies, they're sharing that one tiny cabin. *G*

Mr. Monk and the Anaconda

"Move snakes to the top of the list, Natalie!"

Hee! Oh yeah, he'd be going crazy.
