I loved Hiro. "I scare me." Hee.

So Peter wasn't evil? Man, I wanted Evil!Peter! But he was still hot, scar and all. And all the shirts that showed off his arms (yeah I'm gonna need bunk time to think about that)

Matt! Matt's evil. I love surprises, but Matt? Matt and the haitian sensation? Wow. Heh, near the end of the episode after I marvel over evil!Matt the hubby says "Hey I hated him before this. Don't jump on the 'I hate Matt' bandwagon now!" My hubby's insane.

Claire looks better blonde. And Mr. Bennet is in the rebellion! Wheee. I liked that. Boo on Matt for bringing her in.

Wow, I was truly not expecting Sylar to be masquerading as Nathan. That was worth not reading spoilers. But then of course that meant, Nathan was dead. Not cool.

So if Peter was the bomb how did he survive? Was it because of Claire? And how did Sylar not kill her in this future timeline? Umm, I'm confused.

Awww, Hiro loves Ando(I figured future Ando was dead) and possibly did it all for him. *Cue Bryan Adams "Everything I do"

And how did Niki get rid of Jessica? How did she and Peter meet? Does Peter know he slept with a woman his brother slept with? Am I going to have to write het now?

Wow, they shot future Hiro. I thought they were going to shoot him in the elevator but then he wasn't there. I love this fucking show. So much.

Sylar/Nathan flying in front of everyone! Yes! And then jerking Peter through the door. Omg. Omg. Omg. The fight. Hands glowing blue and red. I think I screamed at a pitch that broke a fucking mirror. I love, no let me say again. I love Peter. I love him getting like insanely pissed when he realized Sylar was impersonating Nathan. And that scene. That scene where their hands light up is my favorite scene of the episode and in my top ten of the entire series. I geeked the fuck out and just...yeah I'm going to have to watch that scene about a hundred times, half of that in slo-mo.

Mohinder! I had a feeling he'd come through in the end. I was glad he did. He was looking good too. And yeah I'd rebel against Nathan's plan too if it consisted of "oops our top doc made a mistake." Besides genocide being evil and stuff. "We've stopped their breeding?" WTF does that mean? I'm kinda scared to know. I wanted evil!Nathan but this wasn't him. Just Sylar acting like him. Damn.

So they killed Hana the internet satellite woman, Bennet, Claire, future Hiro, haitian sensation, and I assume Mohinder died but not sure. And no clue what happened to the men outside the door during Sylar and Peter's light show. Matt was out there. Maybe they survived or not.

So Matt=evil asswipe. Yes he's being mislead but there comes a time when you look around you and make a choice. He chose to be evil.

So anyone else now want to watch the Buffy ep where Cordy made that wish and fucked everything up?

Now I wonder if Nathan/Sylar killed Linderman. I bet he did.

Great episode. I'm off to rewatch the Peter scenes. And possibly make "rowr" noises.

Oh yeah, I agree. This was the best damn episode. I totally have the hots for this future, harder and scarred Peter. Nnnggg!

I didn't like Mohinder as much with the heavier beard. I like him with the 5 o'clock shadow. Plus, I wonder how Mohinder receiving his father's ashes was one of the pivotal points in this whole mess.

In last week's ep. Peter healed the cut across the forehead from Sylar, so why can't Claire. Or maybe it's just that Sylar was so surprised he stopped before he finished Peter. But if Peter could survive the blast that destroyed NY, why couldn't he survive Sylar? And if he can survive Sylar, why can't Claire.

Yeah, I love all the questions that this series keeps piling on. You'd think it would be frustrating, but they give you enough answers and clues that it just keeps you enthralled!

BTW, I finally read your Jimmy/Bo stories and I loved them! When I first saw them I didn't read them because I hadn't seen the movie yet and didn't know who they were. I've rented Cursed and I'm about to watch the whole thing (I missed the beginning on TV). I also rewatched 'Near Dark' the other night. Great Googa-Mooga! Adrian Pasdar is sexy now, back then he was damn beautiful!

Future Peter was unbelievably hot. First time I was jealous of Niki. I thought from previews that Peter was evil since he was with her and somehow like her, his soul had split or something. But I still liked this Peter.

Dude I got too many questions too about Peter and healing and Claire and Sylar. It's all jumbly and shit in my head. Then hot future peter comes strolling back in and i forget everything else.

Hee, glad you liked the Jimmy/Bo. They're still in my head talking and babbling. I have a story I need beta'd from Ellie's POV after she catches them in Jimmy's bed. And I've started another that I hope will end with some alley sex. Now they're whispering about the coming school year and all kinds of crap. They're pushy bastards I tell you what.


Oh yeah, Near Dark AP is beautiful. He kinda reminded me of Jake Gyllenhaal. I think he's hotter now cause he's got this whole intensity thing going on. And those eyelashes don't hurt either.

I was actually worried that Sylar was Peter, but for some reason I never considered Nathan. Hee. :)

I'm guessing that maybe both Peter and Claire were presumed dead in the explosion, but their healing power saved them both. And Nathan could have flown away from the explosion (assuming he didn't choose to be far away to begin with). And Hiro could pop out if he had to. I'm wondering how Matt survived, though.

Actually, maybe Nathan died before the explosion, and Sylar escaped by flying...

God, I loved this episode. So much squee. Claire working in Charlie's diner? EEE!

I didn't think of Sylar as anyone cause I'm goofy that way. I thought he might be dead. So yes, big big surprise when he turns out to be Nathan.

This is just my opinion/guess - in Peter and Sylar you have two people who can absorb others' powers. How they do it is different, but essentially they are just opposite sides of the coin. So whichever one of them saved Claire and then presumably comes into contact with the Radioactive guy will blow up the city. It's like the future is set, but how it gets there changes.

The alternative is that it's always been Peter who did it, that FutureHiro actually just created the conditions (Peter absorbing Claire's powers) that allowed him to survive it (and set into motion all the rest of the events which have now resulted in Bennet, Matt and Radioactive guy going to NYC where presumably they will encounter Peter...). In this scenario, Hiro going back in the past is actually what allowed this darker future to happen.

It's important for Heroes to know which is true, because in the first scenario there is no changing the future, whereas in the second it's actually going back to the past that created this future and suggests that maybe it can be changed again (hmmm, when did Isaac start painting NYC blowing up? Before or after FutureHiro came back? Because if before, then it implies a certain setness to the future again).

FuturePeter needs to somehow go back to tell someone he's the guy who blows up, not Sylar because that can change how Hiro and others go about trying to stop it from happening. That's my one quibble with the ep, that that little essential tidbit didn't get told to Hiro so he can effect actual changes in the past rather than assuming if he gets Sylar all will be well.

I think many people are still in shock. It was soooo good. I know good fic is going to come out of this. Lots of dark future fic and and and omg I want it all. And Peter was hotter than the sun! And he was going to avenge Nathan(Nathan is in New Zealand in this future, he's not dead, la la la *sticks hands in ears)

And I already said this on technosage's LJ but I kinda want Dark!Hiro/Dark!Peter fic. They could comfort each other and have fumbly sex. There was this moment when Peter looked at knocked out Hiro that just...yeah, then he tells Ando all about how Hiro started trying to change stuff because he wanted Ando back.

I'm still reeling from how hot he was. He seemed older, which he was but then he had the coat and the attitude and yum. His hands were all on fire and I just rowr. I went back last night and watched his parts over. That kiss he gives Niki? Omg, so hot. Part aggressive, part needy.
