Baby news plus various show ramblings

kelly_girlThe new kid AKA AJ AKA 'The feisty one' is four weeks old today! Hubby reports he's mean and keeps pulling out assorted wires and IV's attached to him. Weighing about two and half pounds. Let's see. Born at 28 weeks. So if I was still pregnant I'd be 32 weeks with about 5 weeks to go. That would be 37 weeks. 28 to 37 is nine weeks. So he's got between 5 and 7 weeks hopefully. The nurses or doctors have not said anything about him going home and probably won't until May sometime.
Got to change his diaper after hubby took his temper with this machine. They put this rod thing under his arm. Fun! His diaper's really small. Think smaller than a preemie diaper. I think I've seen doll diapers that are bigger. We've taken to calling him 'Lil man.' Besides all the other nicknames he's got.
Oh my god, Could NCIS have been more slashy? Really. It was just...wow. They're a touchy feely team aren't they. And didn't Gibbs sound kind of jealous when he saw Tony touching McGee. Then he gives McGee the shaving cream. Hee. He just didn't want his man touching all on McGee. Hi Ziva/Abby! I see you! Rowr. That's a interesting pairing.
Hmm, what Tony was going to say about girls liking guys who like guys. Someone should write a story about Tony inviting Gibbs over to watch 'Brokeback Mountain.' Someone not me since I haven't seen it yet.
The hair smoothing!!!!! Holy crap. I squealed I admit it. And the way Tony touched his hair afterwards. Then the way later he was looking at Gibbs and asking McGee what he had. He never took his eyes off Gibbs. In fact I thought he was talking to Gibbs but McGee is the one that perks up.
The end was interesting. Gibbs is making sure what gets done, gets done. Gibbs is scary but we all knew that. And he had his own ethics which we knew too.
Still hate Madame Director.
Fav moments: Bob's "Hi my name is Bob and I just killed someone" face after they all split up.
Jonas beating up the suit and taking his passport.
Mac seeing Bob in the cop car. Anyone else think he was going to help him or something. I like that Bob wasn't waiting for help but got out on his own.
Bob's smile to hippie chick whenever she objected to him taking her money.
Jonas and his daughter shooting at the range.
Molly telling her daughter her life was right there while pointing to her. Yes! I'd like to think this show is going to address the tough choices these women make about their life not just about the men. I think they're trying to.
"My fine black ass you are." Ha! Dude I get to use that on my kids in about 8 years.
I also liked that they were taking no crap from the daughter. She was to respect her mom and that was it. No negotiating. Jonas is so cool. I loved his line, "I fear no man, one woman."
Bob having to do we don't know what to get home. I missed part of that whole thing b/c of my kiddies yelling but I heard him tell the englishman he was gay and slapping the other guy. And then him at home with the other guys. Awww. Team bonding.
Mac is hot.
Thief, ehhh. Don't know if I'll watch it or not. I like Andre though. He's cool.
SVU- Wow. I never saw much between Olivia and Elliot but they were on fire in Tuesday's ep. Lou Diamond was nuts.
Bones- Hee, I thought about half of my f-list when they started going on and on about Pirates. Very cute. Are Booth and the Hodgekins guy dating? They seem a little slashy. The last ep I saw with Booth in the hospital seemed slashy too. Hmmm.
CSI:NY- Got to see the old ep 'Tanglewood' Very interesting. Mac hot. Danny hot. Didn't know the one guy was a Deluise. How many of them are there? Anyone know of any meta or discussion about it let me know.
Dinner's ready. Baked pork chops, cheesy rice, mashed potatos and corn.
