Justifed, Magic City, and Scandal
Justified season finale was so good. Omg, just I love this show so much.
HE CUT HIS ARM OFF.OMG OMG, AND THEN WHEN QUARLES REACHED FOR HIS ARM, RAYLAN MOVED IT LIKE SOME MACABRE GAME OF KEEP AWAY. You could see bone and everything. *shudders* I like that Limehouse is still in the game. Don't know if his right hand man Errol made it or not. He keeps money in a dead pig. A piggy bank.
I didn't expect Arlo to be the one that shot the state police guy. At first I thought Arlo had hoped he'd shot Raylan but discussion with one of the show makers via TWOP, said Arlo just saw a guy in a hat and didn't care if it was Raylan, that Arlo just wanted to protect Boyd. I don't know what's sadder, that he did know or if he didn't and just didn't care. This did make that whole conversation between Arlo and Raylan make sense though.
Ava. Hmmm. Did not like her slapping around the hooker chick.
Boyd, Boyd, Boyd. Like someone on TWOP said, I try to dislike Boyd but I can't. He's such a fascinating character and this perfect foil for Raylan that I love when they have screen time.
Does Johnny think if he gets rid of Boyd, he'll get Ava? I thought he was loyal but that blood loyalty only goes so far.
He disarmed him. That was just so shocking.
Magic City- Have watched the first two episodes. Jeffrey Dean is still as fine as ever. This helps.
Don't care for the one son that is lusting after his step mother and sleeping with the violent mob boss's wife. This has blood written all over it. Last night I watched ep 2 and there was this one scene that made me dizzy. JDM was all shirtless and I saw the dip in his hip and rowr. That man. Hope they get the one woman out of Cuba. Some of my interest in this show is about the hotel and Florida and the Cuban stuff that is happening. I think the writers want another Madmen.
Needs more shirtless JDM.
I loved Scandal! First ep hit it out the park, 2nd ep is tonight. Oh and Bonus Columbus Short! I didn't even know he was going to be on the show. I love him. He looked really good in the suit. Then the other guy reminded me of Methos.
Okay, first of all. Making the evil guy from 'Ghost' the President of the United States was a bad idea, but he's kind of evil so it fits, I guess?
I suspected Olivia was liking on him when she went hard on the woman in the park. Then we find out she left working for POTUS because of the feelings they had for one another. But he's evil because he was sleeping with the other woman who tried to commit suicide after Olivia took her down with that speech, After telling Olivia he wanted to work on and save his marriage.
I wonder if doing that speech Olivia gave if she was imagining that being her since she'd be in a similar boat.
After that speech while wearing that magnificent coat, hubby turned to me and said, "Um, I'm kind of turned on." I said to him, "Don't worry. I am too."
Main plot was okay. I usually can spot the suspicion of gay *pats slash goggles* but this one took me by surprise and how vehement the guy was against coming out even if it proved he didn't kill his girlfriend/bestie/fiance. He looked familiar so I know he's been on some other stuff.
Over all new show was good.
I have to catch up on Fringe and Grimm. Nikita is still good. Loving Person of Interest. Over Easter weekend my dad had me watching 'Storage Wars.' Those people are crazy but it was a fun show.
