It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I liked the honesty of this fic. It wasn't imitative at all, and I thought Neal and especially Peter came through as real, believable people. Peter is a straight arrow, all right, but he is much stronger and more direct in the expression of his passions than Neal, and Neal knows very well what will tempt him. Neal has probably done much worse for much less, we imagine, so--why not? But of course after the fact Peter must fix it all. It would be nice if USA cold find a flaw in Peter's character to exploit so believably. A person bets tired of Neal being always the weak and erring one.
