More SPN ponderings

Didn't go to sleep until around hmm, I don't remember now. I was up at 3 but I think shortly after that I went to sleep.
Now it's 9:30 and I've had my breakfast soup and am sipping on my cherry coke zero. I have pre-patted(by my hubby) meatloaf to stick in the oven for tonight. I think I'll freeze some because he always makes so much. One of the hazards of working in cafeteria food service.
Hookman- I was thinking it was the priest daddy. But it wasn't. Hmm, I like shows that don't totally go for the predictible. Invisible and a hook. Wow. That's kinda cool.
Bugs- It's the 'we're mistaking you for gay' moments. I love the puzzled looks that come over Dean and Sam's faces. I love Gibbs and Tony's looks more when they have their own 'mistaken for gay' moment but I'll take what I can get.
Bugs are eww. I don't understand the time frame in this story and how it got to be daylight so quickly but whatever. No mystical indians. Yay! I loved Dean and his happiness about the steam shower.
Home- Awww, they went home. Loretta Devine was sassy, wasn't she? *Rolls eyes* How do you buy a home with no job? I'm just saying I might be willing to deal with some poltergeists as long as two brothers show up to help me out and do some exorcising. Hey, the mom! This reminded me of Buffy's convo with dead people ep, which I like though I only watched it once.
Asylum- Heh, I loved that Dean asked the girl if she ever watched horror movies and if so next time stay out of haunted places. I wanted to know if Dean and Sam ever watched horror movies because you don't split up. It allows psychotic ghosts to possess your brother and kick your ass.
Okay, Dean's rubbing off on me. Liked his whole giving Sam the empty gun. I thought it was loaded but no, Dean is clever. Like a cat. Or some other clever animal.
Scarecrow- Creeeepy. It was an orchard and not corn but apparently large acres of land needed to grow food are creepy. Omg, the one handed shotgun action. Very nice. Had to rewind. I didn't like Meg. She just...
I hate groups of people that go on and on about sacrifice so they can kill other people. You want your town to do so well, step your happy ass into that damn orchard. I had no sympathy when the aunt and uncle got killed. Heh, Meg is evil, yo.
Faith- I like intense Sam and snarky Dean. Wait, Dean is always sarcastic and snarky. I know it hides his inner pain or something but I wonder if he ever gets tired of it? Aww, Dean's all guilty feeling for the guy dying. Darla! If you have a brain tumor maybe you should find a dumb ass vampire to turn you. Oh, wait. I knew it was the wife. The reaper was four steps from being one of the gentleman from BTVS.
Route 666- It's Isabelle from 'The 4400.' She was on here first but I know her as killabelle. Wow, so this is the ep where Dean gets laid. Rowr. Very hot. Heh, loved Sam smirking at him and teasing him. Leading the truck to the old church site was very clever.
Nightmare- I remember when this ep came on because half of my f-list fainted. Something about Dean and Sam in their priest's outfits. :) Interesting theories about Sam and the guy having powers and both their moms dying the same. I felt sorry for the guy. He just wanted to stop being scared.
The Benders- Creepy ass family. But better looking than that creepy incestual family from X-files. Hmm, I think this episode demonstrated that you do not mess with the Winchesters. I like the consistent theme throughout the episodes of Dean and Sam having to leave town or being escorted out of town.
Shadow- Sam is cute. And smart. I liked that the show didn't make him all 'meg being here is a coincidence and she could never be evil' route. Hee, Dean's "this is awkward," thing made me laugh. And him teasing Sam. They really have a brotherly vibe going on in these eps. Ooo, it's daddy! Hi, JDM. You're hot and somehow it's all Adrian Pasdar and his beard's fault that I started reading RPS about you! Awww, they had to seperate and Dean and Sam didn't want to.
Winchester brothers- Dean's growing on me. Did JA learn to make his eyes look all wet like that from being on a soap opera? I like his very gung-ho attitude about obeying his dad. And Sam's rebelliousness.
Someone should write a paper on how the parents on Fandom shows totally screw their kids up. I like Dean's protectiveness over Sam too. And Sam coming back for Dean in 'Scarecrow.' Dean's hope for them all being a family again, being together again. Awww. That's all he wants and all he knows. Does Dean even know how to be something other than a hunter?
Also he lies a lot! Omg, he could always be a used car salesman I suppose. He's got that same insincerity about him that used car salesman have or that guy from college who you slept with that swore he'd call you and never did, but you don't care cause you just wanted some sex too. I like that people on the show just give him the "are you shitting me?" look when he says stuff.
Am beginning to suspect this show was created so JA and JP could drive around and listen to lots of 80's heavy metal bands. I'm having high school flashbacks which are not pretty. Actually middle school/high school flashbacks before I discovered the joy of gangsta rap.
Am beginning to see why people compare the Petrelli's and Winchesters.
